Homemade natural cosmetics recipes

Start the year taking care of yourself. Natural products are going to be your best friends, since you can get very good results with products you have at home. Aloe Vera and olive oil are going to be your two great allies. We teach you three recipes to use and include these great products in your daily routine.

Goodbye to hair frizz

We already know that Aloe vera’s good for everything. It’s used to combat and eliminate those Little problems that annoy us every day, like itchy skin o acne marks.

Today we teach you a new use. If you are one of those who suffer hair frizz, we have the definitive solution.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Aloe vera gel
  • ½ cup of pure water

Preparation:

You just have to mix the two ingredients well in a spray can. Every time you use it, shake it and spread it through your hair. If you have very dry hair you can hydrate it with a few drops of olive oil. Remember to use it from the middle to the end or your hair.

To get pure water, you just have to boil the water in a pot and let it cool. Once it is cold you can make the mixture. For Aloe vera gel you can get it directly from a plant or buy pure Aloe vera gel.

Prepare your face for the new year

With the end of Christmas we not only have to take care of the body and eat healthy again, but the skin also suffers at this time. We put more makeup or we don’t follow our skin care routine as we do regularly. That’s why you need to try this detox mask that removes impurities from skin.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of Aloe vera gel
  • 1 slice of mango
  • ½ squeezed lemon

Preparation:

Cut the mango into small pieces and add all the ingredients in the blender. Beat them until a homogeneous dough is left and store it in the fridge. At night, clean your face regularly, dry it and apply the mango mask and Aloe vera all over your face. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then remove with warm water. Go back to store it in the fridge to last longer. Because it’s a natural product and free of preservatives, it will last longer if you keep it in the fridge.

Fight the cold with Aloe vera

The cold makes our skin look dull, cracked and flaky. Many times it is not enough with the moisturizer that we take after showering. We will prepare a homemade body conditioner to hydrate the skin based on Aloe vera and olive oil.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of pure Aloe vera gel
  • 1 slice of mango
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until there is a homogeneous mass. Apply the mixture on the body and let it act for 15 or 20 minutes. Then, remove the homemade conditioner only with warm water.

Aloe vera has great moisturizing properties, in addition to removing spots and scars. Discuss which of these homemade recipes you are going to put into practice and tell us the results.
